Resources

In my view,  the best way to heal your body and mind is through self learning. Thankfully we live in an age where access to information that can lead us to a healthy state is just few clicks away and in most cases extremely cheap as well. During my search for ways to heal my body I read a number of books covering a broad spectrum of healing protocols using nutrition. I also saw a huge array of health related documentaries and you tube videos from a number of health experts. These resources kept me engaged and motivated (Sometimes it does get a bit lonely on a health centred diet) and i recommend them highly (just for that simple reason). Here is a short list of resources that have personally helped me move along on the road to recovery.
